What to expect
Light roasts keep the bean's origin character front and centre - think bright acidity, floral aromatics and fruit-forward sweetness. They're roasted just past first crack, so the sugars stay delicate and the cup tastes clean and lively.
Brewing & grind
Light roasts shine as filter and pour-over. Use a slightly finer grind, water around 94–96°C and a 1:16 ratio to draw out the sweetness without going sour.
