We want you to be happy with your order. Most items can be returned within 30 days, with important exceptions for medicines and hygiene products for everyone's safety.
What you can return
Unopened beauty, personal care and wellness products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Medicines & hygiene items
For safety and legal reasons, medicines and sealed hygiene products cannot be returned once dispatched, unless they are faulty or damaged. This protects every customer.
If a medicine arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away and do not use it.
