These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Filloway website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using our site

You must be 18 or over to buy age-restricted products and must provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its security.

Medicines & advice

Some products are pharmacy (P) medicines and may require a short suitability check before they are supplied. Information on the site is general and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always read the label and patient information leaflet.

Orders & pricing

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders, including where a pharmacist deems a product unsuitable. We take care to price correctly but may correct obvious errors.

Delivery & returns

Delivery times are estimates. Your statutory cancellation and return rights apply, except that for safety reasons medicines and certain sealed health and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the region in which you contract with us, and the courts of that region have jurisdiction.
